The Communication of Creation: Introspective Analysis and Values

Saulius Kanišauskas

Abstract

The article focuses on the communication of creation – the question is “what we communicate” with while creating, – which is analysed taking into consideration subjective and intersubjective experiences; and it explores the idea that pragmatic, intellectual and spiritual motives, often unconscious, perform a decisive role in creative endeavours. Creator’s inner and external freedom is an essential precondition for creative search. Only having completely realized freedom, anyone could let the intuition be uninhibited or what Socrates called the daimon. Apparently, there are some restrictions prohibiting the creator to penetrate into esoteric areas. The metaphor of a human being as a radio which is implied in the holographic paradigm is analysed taking into account Varela’s autopoiesis theory and in the contexts of transdisciplinary penetration and socioenergetics. The article claims that self-reference (introspection) as a source of creation has much deeper ontological roots than it was considered before.
